The Be-Do-Have Mindset
Our first concept is Be-Do-Have. We find it quite useful as a mindset foundational to reaching our highest potential as individuals, as organizations, and as collaborators. And it starts with adopting a Be-Do-Have mindset. We tend to believe that if we have a certain thing, then we do something with that thing, which then allows us to be what we want in life. With a Be-Do-Have mindset, however, the need to have certain things in order to do what is needed does not exist. Leaders see the need for change and begin to take action whether they have everything they need or not.
