Collaboration Canvas

In our fourth and final concept, we explore the Collaboration Canvas, a tool we adapted from Lean Startup for use in designing multi-stakeholder collaborations. The canvas provides a toolkit of templates and prompting questions that can be used to dissect the problem and find shared interest among the multiple stakeholders involved.
